Beaches continue to grow in Beachtown. Construction on the new Dune Walk-Over, which features a fantastic Pavilion, is near completion. Together they represent the extent to which Beachtown is devoted to providing residents the very best in architecturally designed amenities.

A vast number of palms and plants will beautify Beachtown beyond anything Galveston has ever seen.

Beachtown is pioneering the “Fortified for Safer Living” program in Galveston, making homes more hurricane resistant.

In addition, collaboration with numerous world-renowned urban planners and architects from across the country has produced an unprecedented pattern book, the most comprehensive of its kind.

The pattern book has been developed to guide architects and builders throughout the design processes specific to Beachtown.

Construction of a number of homes is nearing completion. While working on the pattern book, numerous designs for homes and townhomes have been reviewed by the Town Architect in preparation for permitting and construction.

Beachtown’s newest village is under construction, the infrastructure is near completion and reservations will be taken soon.
